I've noticed that some of my air popped popcorn tends to be on the " chewy " side.

Does anyone have any tips on how to make air popped popcorn crunchier, closer to

its unhealthy counterpart?

i don't know anything about air-popped popcorn, but i only use 1 tablespoon

of oil for an entire pot of popcorn and it pops just fine and tastes just as

good as popcorn made with an ungodly amount of oil. :)

We pop in the microwave (no flames, please!). You can use a tempered glass bowl

covered with wax or parchment paper held on with a big rubberband.
