Looking for vegan menu plans

Anyone have, or know of a source for, vegan dinner menus? I am looking

for help in planning vegan meals for my family. I love the idea of

monthly meal planning, and I like the menus at www.savingdinner.com .

But the Saving Dinner menus are either omni or ovo-lacto, or heavy on

the soy, or meat analogs. I don't want to use meat, eggs, soy, meat

analogs, or dairy (although I actually WILL use SOME eggs, and a dairy

sub if necessary). I just want healthy fresh fruits, veggies, and

grains.

It used to feel so good to actually plan my meals, but I have never

done a vegan plan before. I don't need a source for RECIPES, just to

clarify. I need actual meal plans, with or without shopping lists. And

I don't need multiple-ingredient party menus. I need quick and easy,

few ingredients, kid friendly family MEALS. If anyone here could help

with that, I'd really appreciate it. Marilyn

Could we add it to the database feature of the ?

I am very interested as well, am more flexible (like meat substitutes), but am a

working mom and need something quick so I can spend the home time with my

daughter instead of in the kitchen (though I do love being in the kitchen)

I found this, but there are some soy products and meat subs used.

Overall, these are good, usable recipes. We can't use soy here, due to

one food allergy and two with thyroid issues. Same goes for the usually

wheat based meat analogs. But many of these recipes are quite good!

Thanks! Marilyn
