Guest guest
Put your mind at ease. Sadly, there is a lot of misinformation about soy in the popular media that's not backed by science. When you think about it, the scary stories just don't make sense. If soy causes infertility, how does one explain the generations of healthy people in China and Japan, where soy is consumed daily? That said, the experts caution against over-reliance on heavily processed soy foods such as textured vegetable protein and soy protein isolate, which don't contain the full nutritional benefits of the bean. Also try other types of legumes. My young boy loves bean burritos, hummus and dried peas, for example. Good luck and don't fret! MCJ
