Guest guest
I would like to experiment with tamari but am having difficulty finding an organic tamari sauce that is brewed in the USA and without added alcohol. Does anyone know of such a tamari sauce?
Guest guest
I'd suggest by passing the Tamari, and go get some Bragg's Aminos. It's a better option as far as gluten free as well as healthier than tamari. You can find it in any hfs. Good luck, Laura **************Vote for your city's best dining and nightlife. Guest guest
Should have mentioned that I would love to use Braggs, but am allergic to it. I tried it once and had the same reaction that I had when I consumed other foods with MSG in it - a terrible headache and flushing. I later learned that Braggs has some chemical in it that is similar to MSG.
