OT: New online resource for babysitting coops

Hi all,

 

This is off-topic, but I thought it might be of interest to some on this list.

My husband just expanded our babysitting coop's website to allow people to

create coops elsewhere and bring existing coops into the computer age (no more

paper coupons or crazy spreadsheets).

 

Although the membership and " points " are automated, you always get to make your

own arrangements for babysitting, so you get to decide who watches your kids,

where, and what the house rules are. You could even create a Vegetarian Parents'

Babysitting Coop if you're lucky enough to live in an area where there are lots

of veg families.

 

The website is called (get this):

www.vegetablewaffle.com

 

The name came from his locally famous (vegan) recipe for sneaking vegetables

into homemade waffles. Click on the " The Recipe " link on the right-hand side of

the home page to check it out.I hope this is helpful to someone here. Feel free
