I have not seen this article listed here (in group) and the site seems to

have several other articles as well. I find that ANY GOOD info in defense of

my child not eating meat is fire power to throw at my lovely ped dr. YES, I

need a New One, but with welfare insurance it is not really so easy.

 

I am tired of the " give her shots, feed her meat " mentality of this guy and

on Aug 2nd I am due to have another baby.. So I like to just have

knowledgeable answers when he shots crap at me

The article is mostly, but not completely factual. For instance, although it

mentions extended breastfeeding, and isn't negative about it, she says

something like you can breastfeed for nine months " or EVEN A YEAR " (like a

year's

such a big deal). It is positive about the vegan diet, even for children.

Also, in the sidebar, there are links to articles on vegan sources for iron and

protein, and about feeding vegan toddlers. I didn't check them out, but since

these are hot topics here, I thought I'd point that out. Marilyn
