Guest guest
Dear Elena, My son (now 5) has always had bad reflux (was medicated a one stage, didn't do much, so now we do diet and elevation). I also exclusively breastfed for almost a year. This does not answer your protein question, but do you eat a lot of chocolate, tomatoes or citric that could be finding their way into your breast milk? These are big offenders we found. Once we removed tomatoes in all forms even trace, the difference was unbelievable. Any type of vinegar is hard, but we juggle. My son did not spit up greatly either, but the arching was hard to watch. It took six months before our doctors would accept our own observations, because he was not loosing --in fact 75th percentile for height and 50th for weight, just miserable/hard baby all the time. Took us a long time to know/do. It was a bad, bad time, no sleep for me or him, so much so that I would walk into walls or fall over things that weren't there, because I was so sleep deprived. Now we have a vegan diet with out tomatoes. It is challenging when we visit people and we must always bring food. But we basically eat a greek/middle-eastern, asian, Indian diet without the tomatoes and very little citric. We cannot do SAD, but I would never want to anyway. We found that certain lentils were better than others. I feel for you best Chana crkotzin **************Looking for a car that's sporty, fun and fits in your budget? Read reviews on AOL Autos.
