Guest guest
I just got an e-mail from Karen Ranzi, a woman I know who teaches classes on the raw vegan diet and lifestyle. She mostly teaches in NY and NJ, and has also appeared at the raw food festival in Sedona, AZ, as well as many other places over the years. Her kids went to the same homeschool co-op as mine--that's where I met her. Anyway, she sent me a notice about a woman who is conducting beginner classes in preparing raw foods, setting up a raw food kitchen, and related topics. I e-mailed the woman for more information. She is giving the classes in the Edgewater, NJ Whole Foods Market, as well as the West Orange Whole Foods. Not sure about other places--I didn't ask. Both Karen's classes, and Hyacinth's classes should be really helpful to anyone who lives close enough, and who is interested in raising a family on a raw foods diet (or nearly raw). They may teach at other locations in the tri-state area--it's definitely worth asking! Here is their contact info: Hyacinth Mills-- _hyacinth_ (hyacinth) Karen Ranzi-- _khranzi_ (khranzi) HTH someone! Marilyn **************Looking for a car that's sporty, fun and fits in your budget?
