greens issue.....

Ok, so I am really enjoying eating my greens, I steamed the collard greens and

near the end steamed some tomatoes and they were yummy together. My issue is

this, the greens do not stay with me for very long, maybe an hour and then I

find myself in the bathroom.... Should I try juicing them? Do you think that

would help my body use them more wisely?

Any thoughts??

Jill--You can juice a bunch of greens with all sorts of fruit.

Delicious! Will they " stay " longer in your system? Maybe not. How about

adding some white beans to the mix? Maybe that would help. Or maybe a

bread crumb crust on some baked greens and tomatoes. Yum! Sometimes

just fruit or just veggies are too watery to stay very long, I think.
