Guest guest
Hi, I have a question about lectins and antinutrients, are they really that harmful, especially when the food is cooked? My husband, (who is not vegetarian, but over the course of our marriage has come believe that it's healthier to eat vegetarian, and is trying to cut down on his meat consumption) emailed me a couple of articles from a co-worker of his, toting the Paleotlithic diet. In the article it states that we shouldn't eat potatoes, grains or beans especially raw because of these antinutrients. He asked for my opinion. I'm writing a response but wanted to get input from all of you first. thanks in advance Carla
