Guest guest
I recently started preparing meals that my 10 month old daughter and I could eat together. I need some help with ideas. So far we've done things like tofu omelets, zucchini noodles, rice pasta, Shiritaki noodles, rice, etc. The only grain she eats so far is brown rice (we'll introduce quinoa soon) but she also eats tofu, lots of veggies, fruits, etc. Any suggestions for meals we can both eat together would be great! Thanks!
Guest guest
Be careful about giving the " allergy foods " before baby's first birthday. While not a completel list, this includes wheat, soy, tomatoes, citrus, strawberries, dairy, eggs; we choose to introduce only one food a week. I think my daughter was about 18 months when she started eating regular meals, and then ate whatever we were having.
