I was thinking of trying a simple banana pudding with some bananas, vegan vanilla cookies, and some vanilla pudding. But then I wasn't sure how the pudding would do with soy milk. I googled it a bit and all I can find is that I should use less soy milk than the box calls for so it will be thick. Any of you tried this before?
