My kids thought it was so delicious. I made it in a Cuisinart Ice Cream maker. 1 box of silken tofu (I used Nasoya) 1 cup rice milk 1/3 cup maple syrup 2 tsp vanilla 12-16 frozen and partially thawed strawberries Blend all ingredients and use in ice cream machine according to manufacturer's instructions.
