We give our teens the Michael's Homeopathic Vitamins..and they seemed to

work pretty well.

No, those are just for me and my husband. For the kids we have tried

several different varieties that are for kids. We just opened a bottle

of Micheal's Homeopathic ones and those are all vegetarian. Before that

we had Vegan Kids vitamins we bought offline.
