Guest guest Posted November 7, 2008 Report Share Posted November 7, 2008 My still semi-resistant sons (12 and 8) like the morningstar products and I use TVP quite often in lasagna, tacos, chili and any other ground meat dish. I boil veggie broth and then soak the TVP in it, instead of plain water. I have also used seitan and marinated it in bbq sauce (Annie's) and they loved it.
