I use 1/2 cup raw almonds and 1/4 cup hulled barley. I soak overnight (or

eight hours) then put it in my SoyaPower milk maker. I end up with a little

less than a half gallon. When it's done, I add a pinch of salt and some

agave nectar. I never take the trouble of getting out a measuring cup, so I

just pour in the agave nectar--I'd say about 1/4 cup or so. For my girls'

milk, I add about a tsp. vanilla because they like to drink it that way.

I bet the green balls would work with the okara you get. The almond/barley

okara is wetter than just the plain soy okara, but I bet with the other

ingredients, it's probably equal in consistency. If it's not too wet, use

less bread crumbs or no oat bran. Good luck! Let me know how they come out

if you try them!
