Soy eggnog?

Hi all,

I'm having company this weekend and I'm wondering ... is Silk eggnog the best,

or is there a better recipe for homemade vegan 'nog? I don't remember what

traditional eggnog tastes like, so I'm not sure what to aim for!

Thanks,

Jessica

Our grocery store carries the Vitasoy Holly Nog, and our whole family

enjoys it -- even my omnivore parents. They said it's not quite as good

as regular full-fat egg nog but they thought it tasted better than the

conventional low-fat kinds. My kids are downright addicted.

I LOVE the Silk nog.  I have it in my coffee every morning from November thru

January.  Rice Dream has a rice nog that is tasty, but very watery.

I ditto Vitasoy.  I did a side by side comparison and silk was not the winner by

my taste buds!
