Guest guest
Hi all - I am wondering if anybody might know about nutritional yeast - we absolutely love it and I use it quite often. However, I am currently making some short-term dietary changes (no sugar, no yeast, no alcohol - trying to get rid of a chronic yeast infection) and I have no idea if nutritional yeast is considered a " yeast " or not. Anybody know? Sara

Guest guest
As an inactive yeast, natural health practitioners generally consider it safe for people who are having problems with overproduction of yeast, but as in everything, moderation is key.
