Also a side note for who asked about tofu recipes, I rarely eat tofu but lately I've been addicted to an easy recipe from Vegan with a Vengeance, titled something like Tofu Dill Sammich spread. I've gotten dill in my CSA box for a couple of weeks now and it's perfect in that recipe. My whole family loves it and my daughter easily helps make it.
