For flavor packets to put in water bottles, you might want to try the Zingers to

Go from Celestial Seasonings. We found some at Safeway (grovery store). All

natural, no colors, no sugar (stevia-sweetened).

Several flavors and my kids like all of them except Peach.

Here's the link to one of the flavors to see the ingredients.

At the top of the page you can click " Find a store near you " .

I agree with the lemonade suggestions. My kids like lemonade made from lemon

juice, water and sweetened with a little agave nectar and/or stevia. I usually

add a bit of vanilla and a few drops of molasses which makes it more

Haitian-style, yummy. (doesn't hurt to have that added iron). When lemons are

in season, I juice up as many as I can and freeze the juice in snack bags (which

just barely hold 1 cup each) so I can later just pop the pre-measured amounts

into the pitcher.

For a special treat, if you can get young coconuts (the white ones, not the

brown ones), the water inside is SO delicious, refreshing and good for our

bodies -- and my kids practically fight over who gets it.

Our local Whole Foods and Winco stores carry them.

Here's some info on it.

The Zingers to go are great; I get them through Mothernature.com (they have 15%

discounts 2 or 3 times a year, free shipping and no sales tax).  At least two of

the flavors are caffiene free, the Berry Chill (our favorite) and the tangerine.
