sausage recipe

It does give it a chewy texture, but steaming helps as well. Just mash

the beans a little more than the recipe says if you want to disguise

them. When it is sliced, it looks just like sausage. My husband eats

these as sandwiches, and we also grilled them once during the summer.

He really likes them, which is surprizing to me since he really likes

real ones, too.
