I am no longer comfortable with having pets who require cages or tanks, like fish, snakes, spiders and the like. I used to roll my eyes at vegan friends who were opposed to fish tanks, but now I get it and agree totally. But I love my cats and think of them totally differently, Just curious. Some zoos and aquariums do important research and protection of endangered species.
