Guest guest Posted March 18, 2009 Report Share Posted March 18, 2009 There is one that I really like, called Tofu and Kale Quiche, in the book Calciyum! by David and Rachel Bronfman. Perhaps your library has it or can get it for you. Their website says it is out of print :-(. I really like a lot of the recipes and she uses a lot of greens which is always good! It's very yummy. She also has a full sized quiche recipe.
