Guest guest
Yes, this has been a saga! The L'il Critters used to be veggie, and every once and a while you can find an old bottle, but the new formulation (as of less than a year ago) has gelatin in it. They never responded to my email asking them about it. CVS has two Omega-3 gummy choices under their own label. The one that is obviously just off-labeled L'il Critters (same fish shapes) still shows online as not having any gelatin in it, but by reading the label in the store I can tell that it's made from the new formulation too. However, the lemon flavored ones (simple gumdrop shape) are vegetarian. They actually say " Vegetarian approved " on the website, and I've been able to find a bottle in the local store that is definitely veggie. Since my children used to fight over the lemon flavor in preference to the two other options in the L'il Critters, this is a winning choice for us. Even better news: on the link below the bottle lists at $9.99, but when you put it in your shopping cart, you'll see that it's reduced to $5.99! If you order $49 or more from CVS, the shipping is free (in the US): http://www.cvs.com/CVSApp/catalog/shop_product_detail.jsp?filterBy= & skuId=460455\ & productId=460455 & navAction=jump & navCount=3 Liz
