The list isn't very active but definitely could be with all the folks on this list who are expressing an interest in their kids being pen pals. However, I wanted to suggest that perhaps VRG or a member here could host a vrgkids at list. We'd probably want it to be private, unlike this list, meaning someone would have to act as moderator to facilitate access to new members.
