Please see the below web-site. By the way, I am going to Moscow from 4th-10th March 07. I am thinking to visit animal protection group to ask the situation in Russia regarding of animal rights. According to some report, Moscow did mass-killing-street dogs in St, Petersburg before political summit was held last year. Is there anyone who are awaring of this ? Is there anyone who want me to bring messege to animal org. in Moscow, or know whom I should visit?
