(IN) guidelines about elephants

Thank U for your response.

 

Has these Guidelines been Passed to CWW Punjab.There are many elephants,

including one that of Apollo Circus presently at Ludhiana,which are not

microchipped and violate the Guidelines. kindly direct the CWW Punjab in this

regard.
