Guest guest
What exactly are you look for here? I would thing that a lot of what you are already eating would be appropriate for your child. Fruit smoothies (only fruit and juice ones, 12 months is too you for nuts), raw fruit, coconut water, etc are all good foods for small kids. -Mike --- sudhasundars <sudhasundars wrote: > need some new raw food receipe for small baby 1 year old. > > > > > > > >

Guest guest
Good morning, Sudha! I agree with Mike that a year is young to be offering nuts in even nut " milks " . Go to Doug Graham's forum at http://www.vegsource.com/talk/raw/index.html and do a search for raw babies or something similar. A one year old needs fat but not from nuts. Avocados are good as is young coconut. You can easily post on Dr. Graham's forum. No registering is required. Guest guest
Don't remember the specifics, but you're not supposed to give nuts to children before age two. Something to do with preventing food allergies I think. I wouldn't worry about it too much. Give her whatever fruits she enjoys and allow her to try new fruits. -Mik --- sudha sundar <sudhasundars wrote: > hello mike > > thank you for your responce ,My kid is already eating all fruits > but she wants only > specific fruits not all is there anything we can mixing with diff > fruits can we get some tasty raw food?can we give some nuts now? > > Sudha > > Mike Elliot <mmelliot wrote: > What exactly are you look for here? Guest guest
Once again, I agree. If I don't like something, I don't eat it. I eat what I like and I like what I eat. I don't think children should be any different. Let her _try_ lots of things but don't make her eat something that doesn't appeal to her. She will eventually broaden her food preferences herself. Let her see how you enjoy good foods and don't worry about " recipes " . Recipes came along with cooked foods and now raw foodists are trying to fix things that mimic them. Simple is better! Guest guest
Hello Sudha, I checked rawfood.com and rawfoodtalk.com forums for this topic. You may already know these forums. On rawfood.com forum (http://eat.rawfood.com/lp.php?url=http://www.rawfood.com/cgi-bin/forum/ultimate\ bb.cgi), I searched for 'baby food' & found a lot of discussions. On rawfoodtalk.com forum (http://www.rawfoodtalk.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=17) there is a whole section for raising raw kids which has a lot of threads on various topics. You might a lot of useful information. If you have trouble getting to the forums, please let me know. I hope this helps! - Hemant. sudha sundar <sudhasundars wrote: hello mike thank you for your responce ,My kid is already eating all fruits but she wants only specific fruits not all is there anything we can mixing with diff fruits can we get some tasty raw food?can we give some nuts now?
