Guest guest
I don't have experience, Courtney, and congratulations! That's exciting! Someone on Doug Graham's forum asked about eating raw and pregnancy. Go here>> http://snipurl.com/sthx and follow the thread on that very subject. Remember, raw has much more nutrition than cooked and your body should be much happier with that. Guest guest
Hi, all! Courtney, I have no experience with raw pregnancy, or pregnancy at all for that matter! But here is the link to an e-book written by Jinjee Talifero of www.thegardendiet.com Maybe it will help give you some ideas and reassurance. I enjoyed reading it, even though I've never had children.
