Guest guest Posted November 27, 2007 Report Share Posted November 27, 2007 My husband and I (both vegan for many years) have been feeling lightheaded and off balance on occasion for quite some time. I know that my iron is good because I had it checked recently. Neither of us take a multivitamin (occasionally a b12 supplement), but have been thinking about it. Have any of you experienced this? I admit that neither of us really get regular exercise, but we are very active people. I think that we eat quite well - whole grains, veggies and fruit - but we don't necessarily focus on making sure that meals are balanced. Any ideas?
