Teriyaki Sauce

1/2 cup honey

2 cups water

1 cup low-sodium soy sauce or low-sodium tamari

soy sauce

2 tablespoons rice flour

1 teaspoon crushed garlic

1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

 

 

1 Place all ingredients in a saucepan.

2 Bring to a boil and turn down to a simmer.

3 Cook, stirring occasionally, until thick enough to coat the back of a spoon,

about 15 minutes.
