I have been 100% raw for about 6 weeks and while I am feeling better than ever, I am wondering what specifically I could do to fight the candida. I have avoided fermented foods because they supposedly can exacerbate candida, but on the other hand, getting your probiotics from raw food seems much better than a pill. I have cut out all fruit, except for green apples and a few berries. Being raw and not eating fruit is somewhat challenging, but worth it. However, when I heard your friend's recipe for fudge with cacao and xylitol, I got intrigued. Do you know roughly what the recipe is? This has me imagining chocolate cookies and pondering what they could be made of that would not exacerbate the candida. My other question for you is when you rotate the anti fungals, how often to you do that? Do you stay on oregano oil for 3 weeks and then switch to the olive leaf extract? Also, what did you think of the other post about rejuvelac possibly exacerbating the candida? I guess that is my main fear.
