Guest guest
Thanks, Melanie. For myself, I find it easier to stay on course when I have a large sense of where I am going, where I am pointing my nose, so to speak. I do not wish merely to alleviate some symptoms(s), " get rid of " some diagnoses, or the like. I do not wish merely to be disease-free, nor even merely to be outrageously healthy and vital. For these serve only myself. I wish to live and experience life to the fullest. I wish to be able to connect, with Divinity, myself, and others, in joyful and lasting ways. I wish to share fully those things I have to give and to receive fully those gifts others may offer to me. I wish to fulfill the sense of calling I perceive, and I wish to leave the world a better place than when I entered it. And I know that, if I am to have even a prayer of accomplishing THESE things, then I simply must function as well as I possibly can, in every present moment. Therefore, I seek to create the most excellent health and vitality possible in my life, and I support and encourage others in doing the same. Best to all, Elchanan. _____ rawfood [rawfood ] On Behalf Of melanieburtis Saturday, January 06, 2007 8:28 AM rawfood Re: Enzymes and Raw Food (WAS: [Raw Food] UV Pasturization) rawfood@ <rawfood%40> .com, " Elchanan " <Elchanan wrote: > > Hi Melanie, > I'm SO glad you asked this question!!! > Hi Elchanan, I'm SO glad you answered my question ;>)) Thanks so much! I appreciate your scientific knowledge of the subject matter at hand. In other posts you make that I read, I also appreciate your integration of the concept of whole- health, rather than just focusing upon the food one eats. Creating lasting health is so much more.
