Dog and cat meat in Vietnam

Hello,

 

I am planning to launch a mass letter-writing campaign* *concerning dog

and cat meat in Vietnam.

In order to orientate better my letter, i am searching for information

such as :

- yearly statistics of eaten dogs and cats

- culture of this practice in vietnam (when did it start, why ...)

- current policy of the vietnamese government

- national animal protection foundation

- email and address of the President, Prime Minister, members of the

National Assembly, National Tourism Office
