Guest guest
How do some of you deal with the gnawing hunger that comes with not feeling " full " ? I suppose this will be more of a newbie thing. James
Guest guest
I found that my body adjusted over time. The first 30 days was rough. Within 60 days I was pretty comfortable. I can now satisfy my hunger with a plate of raw fruit and that would not have satisfied me when I started. Guest guest
It doesn't last for long. I have only been mostly raw (90-95%) for about 6 months. Now I sometimes forget to eat and only know I am hungry when I get a headache. The nice thing is I no longer get any of the hypoglycemia symptoms I used to get when I didn't eat and as soon as I eat the headache is gone. Hang in there.
