Dear Manoj,

As per my knowldge The High Court of Kerala passed a order on W.P ©. No.

30611 0f 2004 (S) - Hon'ble Chief Justice Mr. V.K Bali & Mr. Justice

J.BKoshey on 3rd. March, 2006 clarifying the provisions of the

P.C.A ACT, 1960 & DOG RULE, 2001 only , there are provisions in law to deal

with the rabbied dogs - that can not be against the law.
