Guest guest Posted June 23, 2007 Report Share Posted June 23, 2007 Dear all, I do not agree that High Court of Kerala passed an such baseless orders, if there are such orders that can be chellenge in the Supreme Court & PFA HARYANA <www.pfaharyana.in> ready to bear all expenses on this PIL here in Delhi. We have filed a complaints against the offenders / responsible of mass dog killings in Kerala. No. 30611 0f 2004 (S) - Hon'ble Chief Justice Mr. V.K Bali & Mr. Justice J.BKoshey on 3rd.
