Guest guest
You read my mind. I don't make muffins from bread recipes either. I thought if you would like to try the bread I'll post the recipe for you. I'll do it tomorrow. It's really delicious, Mom's doctor is from the Philippines and he just loved it. Yes, I love the lychee seeds too but we can't toss those in the bread.hehehehe melissa_hopp <hoppmel wrote: I was in the Asian market on the way home last night and they had 2 lb. bags of lychee's for $3.99 now that is a deal. Think we could make a lychee bread with them...LOL Probably, huh?....D > You read my mind...I was pondering that, I think the flavor may be too mild...but who knows! Don't you love the pits of the lychee...sounds weird, but I think they are so pretty... I'm going to try the muffin recipe I found - I'm sending them in with one of the boys' for his class & it is for mini muffins, which make 24 which works perfect. I get nervous about trading up bread to muffins and vice versa...though perhaps if you have time the mango bread might be nice for us for home & I can compare it to my muffin recipe just out of interest... m
