Guest guest
So Tommie, do you get any fat from any sources? I had to ask about the avacados because we have just been eating them so much lately...My 4 year old is often covered in green and walks around with a half of avacado (on the shell) and a spoon! It went for a week but I extended it. I don't need the overt fat in avocados (or nuts and seeds) to maintain health. The only reason I eat them is because I like the way they taste. I like the way I _feel_ without them so I eat them only occasionally.
