friends,kerala state in india is known for so many things. now it is again going

to be known. because the HONOURABLE HIGH COURT RULED that ANIMAL BIRTH CONTROL

is not an effective method to control dogs, but killing of dogs is the best way

to eliminate them. government here is not compelling the people to wesr helmets

or use seat belts, but it is very fast in putting an order to kill all stray

dogs, that too in a brutal manner.so friends, please make aware of this

situation and do the needful to stop killing of this innocent animals, which are

loving, loyal and guards..thank you.
