Oil Free Herb Dressing

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 cup apple juice

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

1/4 teaspoon dried basil

1/8 teaspoon dried oregano

1 dash salt

 

In medium bowl or bottle with tight-fitting lid place apple juice, vinegar,

basil, oregano and salt. Stir briskly or cover and shake until blended. Cover

and refrigerate a few hours to blend flavors. Stir or shake briskly just before

serving. Serve on fresh garden salad.

 

Yield:
