Just wanted to say that I have a very good friend in my town whose name is

Edwina...she was named for her Dad.

Can someone tell me please how to use TVP and also give me recipes for

basic Tomato Sauce. I used to have a great receipe which could use up

all the summer tomatoes and would freeze well, but I haven't seen it

in years. I'm not talking about Ketchup type tomato sauce, but the

kind you can cook with or spread on pizza bases.
