The group planned on putting a museum in that building detailing what they call the horrors of primate research. That building was the perfect location for them...in-between the two labs where University of Wisconsin researchers conduct tests on primates. But those hopes were dashed when Charly informed the activists he wasn't going to sell them the building for $675,000. The UW had made him a better deal. The University wanted the building and would pay $1 million for it. That's when the case went to court and Monday afternoon, a Dane County judge decided the original agreement between Charly and the Primate Research Group had to stand. The group says they need to raise another $100,000 to refurbish the building and build the museum. Charly says he'll appeal.
