Guest guest
Have had a telephonic conversation with Mr. Abodh of 'Welfare of Stray Dogs', Mumbai. He says the BMC authorities cannot just go to the Supreme Court unless the Mumbai High Court comes out with an order to the case which still lies pending in the court. So there is no need to panic at the moment. I am told that eminent Supreme Court advocates are eagerly waiting any order of the Hon'ble High Court to be challenged if it goes against the rights of the Dogs.
