Guest guest
I'm going to email her for clarification, but I'm thinking it's because of the combinations of foods that set up cravings. Most raw chefs use too much (for me) salt, onion, garlic, jalapeno, cayenne, cacao, olive oil, nama shoyu, etc... and those things were all of my favorites on high raw. Going 100% has made about a 200% difference in my taste for food. Sure I've missed them, but with the help of some buddies I have been able to stay away from them and my cravings are not so bad. Ask me NEXT Monday, however. I have to go to the family party this weekend. I was going to have to be there F - S, but it looks like I can get away with Saturday to Sunday morning! YES! Like most families, my in laws don't know how to have a party without all the " party " foods. Except most of them look like they party everyday and I used to be one of them. My husband and I have been told we are not to talk about our food or our life style unless asked and then to keep it brief. They know they know, they just don't want to be responsible. Whoa, how'd I get on that subject! I'll write the person who said that and get her explanation. Later - Shari
