Guest guest Posted July 3, 2006 Report Share Posted July 3, 2006 I was doing incredibly well going 100% raw for several months. Then I had to travel cross country by plane. I even marveled at how well I did during that. But suddenly I caught a horrid cold from husband who travels a lot and then with cough drops, etc. I fell off the wagon. As of this morning I'm determined to return to 100% raw but what I still miss most is the carbonated beverages. I don't miss the Pepsi, Coke, rootbeer flavors. It's the tingly, bubbly carbonation I miss because Perrier water accomplishes the same thing for me as does a soda pop. Any ideas of how to " safely " replace the carbonation even in water as far as raw fooding goes? Thanks for any ideas you can provide.
