Female Elephant in the bad conditions along with all other Elephants in the captivity in Haryana

Dear all,

There is a female Elephant in the very bad condition along with all other

Elephants in Haryana & Delhi State in India. Wildlife department in the

state is on long deep sleep on this issue, the said female is now at

COUNTRYIN Hotel at Kosi just 5 kms from Hodal. There is a another Elephant

in Karnal in the captivity of a magician who used to it & with out any

authority he is using the animals & shifting it with out any certificate

under section 96-97 of the PCA ACT, 1960

nor he registered with the AWBI under section 38 of the P.C.A ACT, 1960. All

other Elephants are with out chip mendatory under section 38-H.

moved today a PIL in the High Court at Chandigarh.
