Guest guest
My daughter really likes taking salads to school for lunch. Being 12, she get bored with everything fairly quickly. So I am looking for any and all suggestions. Thank you! Robin Be a better sports nut! Let your teams follow you with Mobile. Try it now. Here are some of my recent favourites: #1 baby spinach canned baby mandarins (drained) red onion walnuts* (or for a treat, a candied nut-sounds weird but good) (*many schools R nut free) chick peas poppy seed dressing (renees is vegan) #2 romaine lettuce red seedless grapes cut in half mushrooms toasted slivered almonds* mexican baby red beans english cucumber japanese dressing (miso type) #3 cut up apple romaine lettuce dried cranberries mushrooms cut up (precooked/leftover) potatoes oil & vinegar dressing with maple syrup Yummy! I often add cut up hickory Tofurkey slices to my salad. Tastes good with any dressing. Enjoy!
Guest guest
These sound really good. Last night was the first time Alyssa ate spinach (it was goma-ae) without saying ick! So, does anyone have an easy and TNT recipe for goma-ae? seenachick <youngcomm wrote: --- In , robin koloms <rkoloms wrote: > > My daughter really likes taking salads to school for lunch.
