<http://www.govtrack.us/congress/billtext.xpd?bill=s109-3880> , the

Animal Enterprise Terrorism Act signed into US law on Jan 3. 2007. The

options for radicals in America is continuing to be curtailed. Under

this law, one can foresee that a " peaceful " protester yelling

" Killer! " in the front of Whole Foods could be prosecuted under

this law for mental harm inflicted, and even perhaps under Hate Crime

legislation. You will be liable for all legal and medical bills

(therapy and prescription tranquilizers) incurred, and in any loss of

profit from the store. Alternatively, if you the peaceful radical

decides to tie yourself to a " cage-free " delivery van, you will

be charged for any extra petro used while your body is dragged around

town. Additionally, if your peaceful protest permit had expired during

your travels, you will be charged with trespassing and sent to jail for

a maximum of life imprisonment.

This bill was 100% sponsored by Republicans from the most-massive

producing meat states, and amended by 1 Democrat, Sen. Feinstein [D-CA],

who just clarified for us all that there is a Free Speech Amendment to

the US Constitution, so we can talk somewhat about social atrocities but

can't act on any of them.
