Guest guest
Try some Thai curry paste. Thai Kitchen has several varieties that are veg. Some brands have fish sauce or anchovies or shrimp paste, so read your ingredients. Also - be careful - it's spicy (but yummy)!! Hosin sauce adds a nice sweet, sour, smoky flavor. Steam your veggies and have them with a tiny bit of Earth Balance or other non-hydrogenated margarine, and a sprinkle of nutritional yeast. This is an old favorite from the early '80s that I rediscover every now and then. Eat a dill pickle when you get bored with your food. It helps re-set your taste buds. :-) This is a trick I learned from _A Tree Grows in Brooklyn_ and darned if it doesn't work! Lisa Lisa T.
