Help with stir fry?

Try some Thai curry paste. Thai Kitchen has several varieties that are

veg. Some brands have fish sauce or anchovies or shrimp paste, so read

your ingredients. Also - be careful - it's spicy (but yummy)!!

 

Hosin sauce adds a nice sweet, sour, smoky flavor.

 

Steam your veggies and have them with a tiny bit of Earth Balance or

other non-hydrogenated margarine, and a sprinkle of nutritional yeast.

This is an old favorite from the early '80s that I rediscover every now

and then.

 

Eat a dill pickle when you get bored with your food. It helps re-set

your taste buds. :-) This is a trick I learned from _A Tree Grows in

Brooklyn_ and darned if it doesn't work!
