Mexican Coleslaw

 

1 cup red cabbage, finely sliced

1 cup green cabbage, finely sliced

1/2 cup celery, chopped

1 cup canned pinto beans

1/4 cup onions, chopped

1/4 cup chives, chopped

1/4 cup red bell peppers,chopped

1 jalapeno, minced up

Some lemon juice, to taste

Some olive oil, to taste

Paprika or Cumin

 

Toss together first 9 ingredients & sprinkle with

paprika or cumin, I used the cumin.
